米国編集のコンピレーション・アルバム。『Aftermath』『Between the Buttons』の英国盤にのみ収録されていた曲やシングル曲が収められています。全12曲中未発表曲は以下の3曲です。

「My Girl」はテンプテーションズのカヴァーです。65年5月の「Satisfaction」のセッションで録音され、翌年ストリングスが追加されました。「Ride On, Baby」と「Sittin’ on a Fence」は65年の『Aftermath』セッション中に録音されました。この2曲はそれぞれクリス・ファーロウ、トゥワイス・アズ・マッチという他のアーティストのために書かれた曲です。65年のストーンズのアイルランド・ツアーを収録したドキュメンタリー・フィルム『Charlie Is My Darling – Ireland 1965』では、アイルランドのホテルの部屋でミックとキースが「Sittin’ On A Fence」の曲作りを行っているシーンを見ることができます。
