大ヒットを記録した『Hot Rocks 1964-1971』の続編となる米国向け編集盤。『Hot Rocks 1964-1971』がヒットシングルを中心にしていたのに対し、本作はヒット曲にプラスして米国では未発表だった曲を多く収録しています。『Hot Rocks 1964-1971』『More Hot Rocks (Big Hits & Fazed Cookies)』共に1990年5月21日まで英国で公式にリリースされることはありませんでした。こちらもCD化の際、2枚に分けられていましたが、1997年以降は2枚組セットで販売されています。
2002年のリマスターに際し、ボーナストラックが3曲追加収録されました。
